We will meet and get to know each other during pregnancy, we will chat about and prepare for birth, our conversations can be helpful to you to identify your needs and wishes for birth. We will relax your body and calm your mind using massage and Rebozo-relaxation, meditation and much more. Our meetings are unique and designed to your needs.

During your birth I am with you through the process and bring a calm loving presence to your space, I honor your instincts and remind you of your incredible power.

The Birth Doula Care includes:

• Four prenatal consultations, involving

  Private, in-home childbirth education for you and your partner

  Establishing an open plan

  Massage or Rebozocare session to release Bodytensions

• Unlimited phone and email support

• 24/7 On-call availability from your 38th week of pregnancy until birth

• Continuous support throughout labor and birth

• Physical comfort measures, emotional care, and patient advocacy

• Fluid translation into luxembourgish or french to facilitate communication between you & care providers

• Support for your partner

• One postpartum visit
